It supports your audition preparation through a clear process, shared responsibility, and educational guidance — while respecting your autonomy as a musician.

Initial assessment call

One 30-minute call with David Peralta to assess fit, direction, and next steps.

3-month study cycle

Structured accompaniment with a senior OASF mentor, using the OASF framework.

End-of-cycle reflection

You decide whether to renew, pause, or move toward deeper OASF work.

Conditions & Investment

A clear, transparent framework — without pressure

The OASF Mentorship Path operates with simple and explicit conditions, designed to protect both the mentees and the integrity of the process.

There are no hidden commitments and no automatic continuations.

Mentorship duration

The mentorship runs in 3-month cycles. Each cycle is independent. At the end of each cycle, you decide whether you would like to renew, pause, or move toward another format within OASF. There is no obligation to continue beyond the active cycle.

Investment program

The investment is €150 per month, or €450 per 3-month cycle, paid to OASF. This covers access to the Mentorship Path, the educational structure, the mentorship platform, and the overall supervision of the process during the cycle. Mentoring sessions are arranged separately with the mentor.

Sessions with the mentor

Mentoring sessions with your mentor are agreed and paid directly with the mentor. The frequency and format are adapted to your situation and availability. OASF does not intervene in the financial arrangements of these sessions, to keep the relationship clear and transparent.

Platform access

Access to the mentorship platform is active only during an active cycle. During your cycle, you receive access to the same OASF materials, tools, and masterclasses that OASF mentors use in their own development inside the OASF system. If a cycle ends and is not renewed, access closes naturally.

About the mentorship

The OASF Mentorship Path is part of the broader Orchestra Audition Success Formula and follows its educational principles and methodology. It provides a structured framework, shared language, and clear reference points for your preparation. Responsibility for the work and decisions remains with the musician.

Important clarification

This is an educational mentorship program. It is not therapy and it is not psychological coaching. It does not include evaluation and it does not offer performance guarantees; audition outcomes depend on many factors beyond this program. David Peralta supervises the mentors, but works directly with mentees only inside the full OASF program.
